The quote and task list should explain which surfaces are included, what is separate and what access is needed. The U Standard connects that expected work to the record of the visit and the person responsible for following up.
Visit information, relevant notes and communication belong with the booking. A record of a gutter clear should describe that work; it should not be confused with a house wash or roof treatment that was not included.
The shared Spruce account brings washing together with other home-care services. Clients can review visits and use their account for booking changes and communication under the terms of the applicable service.
Messages and access notes help keep information with the job. Changes to surfaces, access or the work requested still need agreement; a portal note does not automatically add unquoted work.
