An Auckland house-washing booking starts with the home in front of us: perhaps timber weatherboards, coated plaster or several finishes across an extension. Shaded walls and exposed elevations can look quite different on the same property. We assess that mix so your wash addresses the areas that need cleaning without assuming one method suits the whole house.

What’s separate.
A renovated home can combine older painted timber with newer cladding, aluminium joinery and a sheltered entrance. Each finish needs its own consideration. Existing coating problems, cracks and sensitive fixtures belong in the assessment, especially where the wall is sheltered and marks are more noticeable.
Auckland townhouses and homes on shared access can leave little space between the wall, fence and neighbouring property. Equipment routes, parked vehicles and access for other households need to fit the plan. A front elevation photograph alone may not show a narrow side passage or a rear extension.
A coastal property may have salt deposits; a tree-shaded wall may show organic growth. Those are conditions to assess where they occur, rather than assumptions about every Auckland address. The material and coating still determine the appropriate approach, and a wash is separate from repairing a finish that has deteriorated.
A house wash can be quoted with gutter cleaning, roof treatment or driveway cleaning when the property needs them. Each has a separate scope and access requirement. Exterior glass can need its own detailed clean after other work; a rinse during the wall wash is not the same service.
