Where does Spruce Washing work?
We currently take washing enquiries across Auckland. Our service information covers the different types of exterior work, with bookings and availability confirmed for your Auckland property.
What is included in a house wash?
Your quote sets out the cladding, eaves, trim and other exterior areas being washed. Roof treatments, gutter clearing, detailed window cleaning and hard-surface cleaning are separate tasks that can be added to the quote.
Is soft washing the same as water blasting?
No. Soft washing uses a cleaning solution with lower-pressure application or rinsing. Water blasting relies more on pressure. The appropriate approach depends on the material, coating and condition, which we work through before the job.
Will a roof treatment look clean straight away?
A treatment can take time as growth breaks down and weathers away. That's different from an immediate wash or physical removal. We'll explain the proposed work and expected result before you book.
Can I combine a house wash with other jobs?
Yes. Include your roof, gutters, paths, deck or fence in the enquiry. We can work through the tasks together and identify what is included or quoted separately.
What affects the price of exterior washing?
The areas being cleaned, property size, storeys, surface material, condition and access all affect the work. Photos help us understand the job. The price and scope are confirmed before booking.
Is the portal just for house washing?
No. Your Spruce account brings together house washing, indoor cleaning, windows, carpets and gardening, with past and upcoming visits, job notes and contact with your team. You can ask for a washing quote without signing in.
