Your enquiries

When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email, optional phone number, Auckland suburb and the property and service details you provide. We use this information to respond, prepare a quote and arrange the work you request.

Enquiries are sent to the Spruce team through Cloudflare Email Sending and handled in our existing business email system. We do not publish your enquiry details. Please leave out payment information or other sensitive details.

This website

Cloudflare hosts and protects this site and may process technical connection information such as IP addresses. The enquiry form uses rate limits and a hidden spam field. The sample portal uses fictional data in your browser; it does not make bookings or send messages, and resets when reopened.

The client login takes you to our existing Spruce booking platform, which has its own privacy and account information.
