No. The quote form works without a portal sign-in. Existing clients can use their shared Spruce account for visit information and communication.
Yes, you can describe several needs in one enquiry. Each service still needs its own inclusion list, assessment and price in the confirmed scope.
The quote depends on the surfaces, size, condition and access. There is no published fixed price or response-time promise for every property.
The quote lists the exterior walls and any eaves, soffits, trim or other areas included. Roof work, gutter clearing, detailed glass cleaning and repairs are separate tasks unless expressly added.

No. Cleaning and applying a finish are separate jobs. Preparation for a particular coating needs to follow that product’s requirements and be included in the scope.
Only if both are included and access is authorised. The quote should specify the side or sides, lengths and any gates or screens.
This service is for the exterior areas named in the quote. Internal office, school or facility cleaning is handled through Spruce Commercial and has a separate scope.
